As soon as I heard about Neurofeedback, I knew that I had to get my hands on it and find out more about it. As a lifelong athlete I’ve been able to have success by being able to access the zone and score game winning shots, score game winning TD’s, hit game winning home runs, and flawlessly perform race winning pit stops. I know what it is like to be in the zone and I always wanted to be able to access the zone more often. This is what neurofeedback can do; it helps you find the zone more often and makes you be able to remain more mentally focused even in high-pressure situations. I run out in front of race cars for a living and it’s my responsibility to make sure my teammates are safe, so a higher sense of focus is mandatory for me.
